kidney gallbladder cleanse

I am not promoting this and am very unlikely to undergo such a 'cleanse'.  It seems so drastic.

Anyway has anyone done this?  Seems pretty gross but my herbal tea friend keeps telling me I should do this.. He's quite knowledgable, owns a tea shop and seems to exude health.

    I did a similar cleansed many years ago.  I know remember the exact formul.

    Seems like I drank 'CERTO', think I think itwas a 1/2 bottle in the a;m; & the other half at nigt.  I might have done this two days in a rrow.  

    Then I had to drink the OLIVE Oil.  It was gross but I drank, kept most of it down.

    A day of two later I expleded little pee size stones out.

     That's the best I can remember, but it did worked.
