just dx last week with IDC 1.4cm tumor, ER+ PR+ Ki67 intermediate Her2+ (3.7) grade 3.  All I know so far. Is this an average combo of stats?  Surgery this week.  Dont know about the nodes yet.  The more research I do, the more confused I feel.  Supposed to do radiation and chemo.  Does anyone out there have the same stats and what is your treatment?  Thank you

    Hello LuLu!

You are what is known as triple positive.

You seem to have caught it early, 1.4 cm is not too big in the big scheme of things, roughly the size of a thumb tip.  ER+PR+ means that your tumor was driven by hormones, and it also means it responds very well to chemo.  After chemo and rads they will try to suppress your hormones.  Grade 3 means it was a fast growing aggressive tumor.  I don't know that there is an average combo.  Don't feel confused, we can help you through.  You will know much more after surgery when the path report comes in.  Remember to get copies of everything for yourself, and we'll decipher them with you.  I was Her2- otherwise we're about the same, I did chemo and rads too.  Hit it hard!

    ((Hugs))

Thanks for the info.  I am having surgery tomorrow.  I will write back after I know about the nodes.
