Well Seyla hope you are ok?
Deb sorry about your dad, can't imagine what it is like giving up everything in your life and turning it over to other people t do it for you....getting old sucks!!
Linda hope DS is ok!!
Congrats on the grandbaby, I have 6 and they are the joys of my life!!!

♥MEECE♥ ♥DIANE♥
-
when are your due dates? Oh yes, Diane, you have due weeks, lol!
-
Owww - guess who didn't wear sunscreen today. Moi. Stupid. Car wash band fundraiser - actually it was a car dry - the machine did the washing. I think they might have made more than $1000 in tips! They can use it - budget cuts and all.
Linda - Hope your DS is feeling better and his leg isn't too sore for too long. My DD was standing too close to a car as it drove up to be dried and actually got her foot stuck under the tire. DH had to tell the driver to back up. Sore, but doesn't seem to hurt so much that we think anything is broken. Who would've thought band could be so dangerous. Sheesh! She does seem to be accident prone these days though. They had to put a guard on the back of the concert riser - and named it after her - lol - because she actually fell off the back of the riser earlier this year rehearsing for a concert - chair and all. She's lucky she didn't get seriously hurt.
DS's confirmation tomorrow. My babies are growing up.
Speaking of babies - so exciting for the Grandmas to be. Meece - yours is due pretty soon, right? And Diane - as grandmother, you have the right to spoil them - so you can buy all the books you want.
Deb - sorry to hear about your dad. Hope he heals quickly.
6 grandbabies, Sandy - wow - you have your hands full!
Raj - so nice to see you. Here's praying for us all not to be visited by bc ever again.
And there I was telling everyone else to use sunscreen...
-
Ouch! I hope she had some sneakers or shoes on!
Beautiful day here. Digging holes for a fence and going to soccer.
At yesterday mornings baseball game, I forgot to put suncreen on. The sun was on the left of me. My whole left side, face and leg is burnt. Ouch. I must have casted a shadow on my right side because I am not burnt there. So yes, remember the sunscreen!
-
You guys are having heat, and we are having lows and rain. Crazy.
-
-
Leaving soon to look after my Dad until 9 than my brother will spend the night. I have coverage until Monday 6PM, then he will have to pull the cord when he needs help, he can't afford anymore 24hr watch.
-
I spent Friday night with him and in my opinion I do not think he needs 24 hour watch he slept all through the night.
-
Yes - thankfully she had sneakers on. Some were wearing flip flops, but luckily no one else was too close to the cars. It is my right side that is more burned than my left - the two of us would make quite the pair! Digging holes for a fence now? You put me to such shame... I still have one more coat on one side of my door to do. Lazy lazy lazy. Won't really take much time at all to do it and it will be great to have it finally done...maybe I should do it right now while I'm talking about it.
DS is all confirmed. Another milestone reached.
Sorry about your icky weather, Meece. It has cooled off for the moment, but sounds like it's going back up to 90 later in the week. No wonder I have a cold. I feel crappy...
You are such a good daughter taking such good care of your dad, Deb. Hope he pulls the cord when he needs help so he doesn't have any more problems.
((((((((((Everyone))))))))))
-
Another weekend is over...Deb sorry about your dad, he is lucky to have you!

-
24 hour care ended at 6 tonight, no calls yet.
watch me jinks myself. Homecare is going to be over 1000.00 dollars and it is not covered by any type of insurance. I will have to submit those invoices to the VA. Maybe he will get more compensation. -
Sandy, I'll be thinking of you too. Praying for low numbers and scans that show NOTHING!
-
