Chemo SEs

I have triple negative and have just finished 3rd chemo (DD AC).  I'm suprised at how weak I am - have been thru lots of medical problems and am not a "wuss", but definitely cannot carry on as usual with this.  Has anyone else experienced this with the DD AC?

    Hi Florene,

    My sister Natalie has triple negative and had DD AC and taxotere.  She was also surprised at how weak she was during treatment.  She is also not a "wuss" and is very much a take charge type of person.  I've had to do a lot of her errands for her and whatever else I could do.  Of course, I am more than happy to help her out in anyway.

    Yes! I am very weak, especially for the first week. Come join us over at the may 2011 chemo thread if you would like,there are quite a few of us on ac and lots of good info and support over there.

    I even passed out about 3 days after my first treatment after taking a shower , scared me! Doc said I was probably dehydrated or my blood pressure dropeed. Anyways, it has not happened again.
