MRI 6mm mass-like enhancement

I had Infiltrating ductal Breast Ca. I was diagnosed in 2008 with a 2.5 cm tumor.I had a lumpectomy-no lympth modes were involved. I had 4 bouts of chemo and 20 radiation.The last 6 months I had a pulling in the opposite breast,mammo showed nothing -so did an ultrasound. I lastly had an MRI and it showed a 6 ml mass-like enhancement. Lobular, homogeneous pattern-with rapid uptake initial enhancement characteristic and washout -delayed enhancement characteristic. WHAT are ny chances of it being benign or malignant. I am scheduled for a  mamogram/bioposy with ultrasound on may 24th. I am sooooooo very sad. I want to be positive but its hard. Wouldn't the chemo i have had, killed off anything cancerous i would have had????

Please help me come to terms with this.

    Hi Governormac

    So sorry you are having to endure this yet again. My thoughts and prayerw will be with you tomorrow as you have your biopsy.  It is too much for anyone to have to go through this awful journey once. Nobody could blame you for being scared, but you can do this.Do you have any ativan or anything like that to help you get through it?
