Green tea and white button mushrooms - I drink the green tea every day and try to eat the mushrooms everyday. It's really helped with my Diet Coke problem!

Being a Diet Cokeaholic myself, I'm amazed to hear this information. Do you get green tea in bag form or is the bottled kind just as good? I never knew about the mushrooms either. So they really help curb the cravings for Coke?

Mushrooms i,ve heard about and have to start eating them more, love them! green tea, i have trouble with taste, dont like, trying to figure out what i could add to it -

not sure if anti cancer but Kale got me through rads and I still eat daily!
caldo verdi or portugeuse kale soup, got me through
kale is high in all good things and a close to tops
