Hi all, my daughter sent this too me today and I am trying to watch it but the download where i live in the country is long.  So not to forget to share it just in case there is something anyone can get any good out of.

  my daughter informed me she did not send me this link.  I dont remember where I got it.  Oh well. hmm.  I have noticed my spelling is off and there are gaps in my sentences.

  Thank you for the link, it is really good. I have read his book and have seen some other presentations by him. This one was particularly good and laid out well.
