I started with my personal trainer this week and have been 'crawling' to work every day.

-
Jan,
I know what you mean.... After some of my work-outs I find myself walking with a bit of a hitch in my step and lots of "Owwww's" as I go from standing to sitting or ANY other position changes!!!
All for a good cause!! What do you think of your trainer now that you've met him?
Edited... Corrected...Should have been "now" that you've met him and not "not" that you've met him!!!

Dinner is Served!!!!
