    Don't forget entertainment!

The League of Lady Conspiracists brings us the Spankhurts (Sylvia & Emmeline) to perform about tin foil hats (to insulate our brains).

    What could be more suitable?

    Enjoy!

When you find yourself in danger,

When you're threatened by a stranger,

When it looks like you will take a lickin', (cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck)

    There is someone waiting who

Will hurry up and rescue you,

just call- for Super Chicken! (cluck, awk!)

Fred, if you're afraid, you'll have to overlook it,

Besides you knew the job was dangerous when you took it! (cluck, awk!)

He will drink his super sauce

And throw the bad guys for a loss

And he will bring them in, alive and kickin' (cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck)

There is one thing you should learn

When there is no one else to turn to

Call- for Super Chicken! (cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck)

    Call...for Super Chicken! (cluck, awk!)

Oh boy..a party! I've been "under the weather" the past few days but count me in! I'll scratch up some horsderves...( and yes I know that's not how you spell it..eyes are just watering too much to bother looking up the correct spelling..*L*) I'll look into a chicken scratch interpretive program..a secret code seems appropriate for our "club"..

we made -----friends, a house to live in, stuff to puff and pass, favorite foods, princess dresses, tin hats to protect our precious brains that are left. Brad and George are here(whoever got that to happen gets a whole bunch of asparagus to puff.) We have a poem so nicely written. The decorations are beautiful. Fireworks should be going off from around the world.

we once had a small "self-sufficiency" farm going, and it was our practice at common meals to express thanks.

Nephew was 6 years old, and early on, in his sweet innocent voice, his evening thanks was

"and thank you Lord for the bucking chickens."

Four shocked grownups in unison "WHAT did you say??!!!??!!!!"

His answer: "you know, 'buck buck buck buuuck' "

    (bawwkkk bagawk...)

Darn!  I am busy for a few days and am trying to catch up.  I find such clever responses to posts as I read, bu am four pages back and they just wouldn't have the impact now.  I need a way to make this thread a "Super-cluckin Favorite".

from time to time the London Telegraph prints a batch of funny signs from all over the world, submitted by readers. This week's has a couple of good ones, especially numbers 4 and 5 - if someone could do the image cut and paste, we could all get a laugh here, or check them out at

badboobee...I cannot believe you found that song...I remember watching that cartoon...how fitting!

Suppose I should get my 'dress' covert ops outfit to the cleaners for the occasion...they are all black so kinda hard to pick the 'dress' one - ah, now that I have put my tin hat on, it is all so clear - its the 'little black dress' - who would have thought!  Woo Hoo and cluckity, cluck - to the party we shall go!

Lets open the henhouse doors and let everybody in!  (could make a nice trap for the CCG)  Security in party clothes and at the ready...

Hey, girls and guys.  This thread is soooo long I dont think I will be able to find the cure in a short time.  Could someone just send me the secret.  Meanwhile, I am finishing off my lemon with salt and drinking some green tea.     I was thinking on trying apple cider vinegar since it has such healthy properties.     What do you think?
