"Pleomorphic" only ILC or can it be with IDC also?

On my bipsy report it said "pleomorphic calcifications in a linear fashion". Is pleomorphic only for lobular or can it be for ductal also? I ask because at lumpectomy they removed some ALH (Atypical lobular hyperplasia as well) and had close margins. This scares me. I was diagnosed with IDC, Stage 1, 1.5 cm, er-/pr- and her 2+++. Thanks.

"Pleomorphic" is a pathology term that refers to the shape of the cells, so yes, it can apply to cancers other than ILC, including cancers other than breast cancer.
