Do Soy hair products absorb into the body?

This may be a a really dumb question, but I have to ask.

My Onc told me not to eat any soy products.  But I've learned on this site that certain sunscreens have ingrediants that absorb into the skin and are not good to use if you've had or have BC.  It got me thinking....What about my hair products with soy?  Does anyone know if they absorb into the skin? And how much soy is in those products?  Harmful or not?  Hmmmm....

I have no idea. And I may be taking caution to the enth degree of foolishness.

I just thought I'd throw the question out here, before purchasing my normal soy conditioner and other soy hair products.

    Hi faithroad,

From what Ive researched  I  wouldnt touch anything with soy in it for a number of reasons. I'll come back soon with  some more info. In the meantime you might want to consider that a HUGE percentage of soy in the US is not only GE, it is one of the most sprayed crops there is. That should be enough to put anyone off me thinks.

Oh, love your " Faith is not a blind leap into the unknown, it's a leap into the arms of God...the safest place to be." I couldnt agree more :-). I HATE anything "hyperfaith" with  a passion.
