zumba wii

Anyone using zumba wii? I just tried it yesterday and was all wet after first 10 minutes.

First, I could not follow the steps but then I put the remote down so I was practising as long as I wanted without going to next step.

Nikola - I've looked at that Wii module but haven't bought it yet. It sounds like it'd give you a good workout! I'm pretty un-coordinated - do the moves come easier with practice?

I love zumba wii. I use it when I can't get to the gym for zumba.

I've used it an it is quite a workout! I only do the 20 minutes.

if you want to try something else, try the wii boxing...it's a blast and a GREAT workout.

I just bought it today but have not done it yet. I have lymphedema in my left arm and hand. Do you think it will be ok to do it?

Is zumba a completely separate "game" or an add on to the Wii fitness stuff? Do you need the balance board to do it?
