Lumps normal after BMX?

I had my BMX, no recon,  on April 25, and I thought i'd be completely flat, but there's little bumps where the bottom of my breast used to be and some small hard knots about the size of a pinhead - some above the breast area - in the pec area and one again in the area that still looks like a corner of my old breast.  I'm hoping that this is just fluid retention, but am worried that the BS left something there.  Is this normal?  I'm going to see her in a few days to get the drains out and will ask, but in the meantime, a little worried.

    I had my BMX on March 18th and I can feel the lymph nodes just under my coller bone.  I can also feel a few lumps twards the middle of my chest where my cleavage used to be, my BS told me that they were just fat deposits and not breast tissue.  Both sides of my chast are filling in as the weeks go by, my scar line is a little puckered right now but I am going to wait a few months and then have a PS look at them to see if scar revision would help.
