LadyinBama worried about you!!!

I don't want to speak for LadyinBama, but I do think it's possible that she hasn't been able to go on line, or even make phone calls.

I live in a part of the state that wasn't impacted severely by Wednesday's storms.  An area west of here did experience major damage from a tornado, but my home was not affected at all.  Even so, our land-line telephone is not functioning:  we cannot make or receive any long-distance phone calls.  Our local coverage area is so tiny that we only know one other household that does not require a long-distance call.  Even calls to the nearest grocery store and gas station -- both of which are just 10 miles away -- are long-distance calls. I think our long-distance service is out because of tornado damage to the town where the service center and switching stations are located.  Our county is listed as having incurred significant damage.

Cell phone service here was spotty and unpredictable until last night, possibly because a lot of the cell towers are down.

I, too, am worried about BCO sisters who live in the northern part of my state.  The photos and video of that area are horrific.

[Edited to add:  The reason I am able to get on line is because our internet service is via HughesNet satellite.  If we relied on cable, DSL, modem, etc., I probably wouldn't be here posting this.]
