Why are these posts still here? When you click on the posts to report them, you get a site error message. Can't they just be eliminated?

I'm having trouble getting in to report the posts also.  The only thing that works is going in through the forum index page.  Something is seriously wrong with BCOs thread navigation.

Thanks for your reports! We've let the tech team know about the Page Error messages. I'm finding that clearing my cookies and cache helps too.

If there's ever a problem with a report going through, feel free to send a Private Message to the Moderators name, and we'll get it that way.

I cleared my cookies and cache and still get the page errors.....it seems on any new threads.  I can see the older threads just fine???

I've been trying to PM anyone who has a thread with zero responses (and I get a page error) to let them know I have tried to post but there is a technical problem so they won't think they are being ignored....especially on the stage IV forum!  lisa

Thankfully, I kept looking...I have been going nuts - lisa, thanks - I was trying to figure out how to reach out to the newbies - you always know the thing to do.

I can't see any new threads and only some of the old ones - I can get here so reporting in that I am having the same issues - cleared cache and cookies, reset IE to advanced settings, rebooted and still the page errors - I might try firefox and see if the same thing happens - will report back...

Lisa ... that is an excellent idea ... how nice of you!

Clearing my cookies and cache did nothing to help me either.  I have found that on a lot of threads ... old and new ... the only way I can get in is to (1) go to the main forum index page (2) open the forum (3) then click on the specific subject thread.

Was trying to report those spam posts and it was really frustrating.  We are just lucky that in this particular case the spammer only posted 3 times ... he could have caused havoc otherwise because we could not get them removed.

Which leads to a question ... do we have mods on duty on nights and weekends now?

We appreciate how frustrating it is to see the "page errors".  Our tech team is working on the problem and hopefully it will be resolved shortly.

Thank you so much for your patience.

We know you are working on the problem ... thanks!

I think we are just brainstorming some 'work arounds' here until the problem gets fixed.

Ok...here's an update.  I went in through Firefox - I was able to view everything...until I logged in.  Once I logged in, the same Page Errors on the same threads happened.

Moderators...thanks, we know you are working on it - just trying some steps to see where it happens - viewing does not seem to be an issue - the Page Error seems to only come up when one is logged in to the discussion boards - if that helps you any.

It isn't the IE8 problem that is so prevelant since the same thing happens in Firefox.
