    I have heard people say "grind it", yet I know people who put it into yogurt whole, so honestly wo knows...........I have read where they say "no flaxseed", if you have cancer, or if yo don't want cancer....................yet I have heard "flaxseed is a cancer preventative"..................you tell me which is right...............I read a lot, and at this point have myself really confused..........I have a whole container of flaxseed that I Purchased before I found out I had BC cause they said it was good for you.......................Now that i have BC I'm reading, it isn't good for you........Think I'm gonna stop reading.......................Undecided

    Lisa, if you're ER+ or even PR+, have you read the earlier posts re phytoestrogens ?  If not positive, then it's a roll of dice whether you want to add them to your diet.

    What I do is add flaxseed into my spices like black pepper, salt, tumeric, etc. That way the whole family is getting some. Brought the kids some gummy vitamins it's not the strongest on the market (wasn't looking for that) I am thinking the cummlative effect.

    What I am doing to keep myself healthy I am doing it for my family as well...
