I dont know how to send a private message so please be patient with me.  Hello Lindy. I hope you are doing well.  You have a positive attitude so keep it up.  I am a slow emailer so be patient with me .  Last time you seemed very happy.  Good for you!  I know the process of healing can seem slow but hang in there its all worth it.

could someone tell me how to send a private email???  This way I dont have to clog the sysem with said private emais.  Thanks a bunch.

    Agada,

    To send a PM, just click on the black box Private Message, which is on the top right of your screen, under Jump to a Forum. Then click on Compose. Enter LindyL or whose ever name you want to send to. Write your email and hit Submit.
