Thank you for the bump Kira! Very helpful reading this thread. I had no idea that the PMS like feeling was part of it. I thought the irritability was something unique to me. I had the same reaction in the past to both Lyme disease and onset of a really bad flu strain.

My fever and chills are gone as is the arm redness but I am SO tired. Wonder when I will feel normal again.

Paige, I haven't had cellulitis but I was neutropenic for the past year so kind of worried about infections.  I learned a while ago to check my temp when I'm irritable.  Sometimes severe, irrational crankiness is the very first sign of something going on for me.
