Spider veins anyone?
I am almost 3 years out from rads and am still no`ticing changes to my breast. Some changes that have been coming slowly are these little purple spider looking veins on radiated breast anyone else experience this as a side effect of rads?

I have heard it is called telangiactasias, and can be removed, I believe, with laser treatment.I remember a poster on another site having this also from rads.
I have a mass of little skin tags around the radiated site, which the onc thought was from the radiation.

I have those around my mastectomy scar, my breast specialist said it was normal. While it may be normal doesn't mean I like it. NJ

So it is not another type of bc or anything to be afraid of? Norma, did you also have radiation?

I have the spider veins too. They popped up about 4 months post rads. Scared me initially.
