Dancing with the Stars

Wow! What a night for dancing. Everyone has improved so much from last week.
-
OMG did you see that! Maks hurt and she kept dancing. They need to give her 9s.
-
I did see that. What a come back. Poor Maks felt so bad.
-
I agree that Wendy needs to go. As for Len, he has his moments and yes, can be cranky and hyper critical. Maybe he will settle down as the season goes on.
-
I felt so bad for Maks and Kristy. I wonder how serious this injury was? I was so touched by Kristy's personal story - how sad. I agree the least talented right now is Wendy and she should go.
-
Ready for the elimination. I like Wendy but she's not very good.
-
Three couples already know they are safe. I am waiting to see who gets kicked off tonight - sure hope it is Wendy.
-
Hi ladies, didn't have a chance to post last night. Wow, that was a great show last night. I like what the did with the personal stories. Every season they come up with something different it seems but this was a great idea. Yes, they have improved so much. OMG, Kristy did great. She is such a perfomer. Amazing how she just kept on dancing. Seems Maks has met his match this season. His eye is not running wild...yet. I agree...time for Wendy to go home.
-
What a recovery Kirstie and Maks made after the fall. Maks felt sooo bad. He talked about it on GMA this morning but I had to miss it and go to work.
-
Oh, I really enjoyed Chris' tribute to his mom. It was very moving.
-
It brought tears to my eyes. Just saw Kirstie is dancing next week. Yea!
-
Agree. Do we know what was wrong with Maks?
-
He has has legs problems - stressed muscles. He said it does happen and felt really bad about it.
Okay! Just saw it, it is official - Wendy is going home. Good luck to her.
-
Well, well, well...not surprised with the outcome.
-
Well, well, well...not surprised with the outcome.
-
In all the seasons he's been dancing, this is the first time he mentions having leg problems. Hmmmm.......
-
He said every dancer gets stressed muscles. Sorry it happened to him.
-
Unfortunately, I missed the show. Even from last week it was obvious Wendy would be next. Can anyone tell me the key part of Kirstie's story
-
Hrf. on the recap page on abc.go.com Kirstie lost her mom and almost lost her dad due to a car accident that occured right around the time she landed her first big movie role (Star Trek). Her dance is about hope following dispair.
If you do miss any part of the show, you can watch the full episode on the dancing with the stars page on abc.go.com I missed last night's show, fell asleep due to lack of sleep Monday night because of severe storms in the area. Didn't know until this morning when they announced it on GMA that we had it right about Wendy going home.

I missed the show Monday but watched some online last night before the results show. Did I miss it or did not one post here mention how awesome and sexy Hines Ward is .. and then he starts dancing and my heart feels like it's melting from all the heat! His heartfelt commentary about his mom and his sincere words about being blessed ... I just Love him!
-
I like Ralph and Kirstie but I do think Hines is my favorite this year.
-
chabba and -angel- , He is my favorite too, his smile is just infecious, and his tribute to his mom brought tears to my eyes. I also like the dynamics between Kirsty and Maks, it looks like they really enjoy working with each other and that he is very glad to be teaching her.
-
karen, Hines does have the Best smile! Even on the football field, that smile is almost always there!
-
-angel-, I think you and I are slightly biased as far as Hines is concerned. He really looks great dancing too. Are you from Pittsburgh, I am a disallusioned Bills fan, when the season was essentually over, I changed my alligiance to the Steelers, next closest city, also where I went to Sports Massage School. Great city, the hills are unbelieveable, and I love to go to the Strip. Eatting as I shop.
-
Has anyone seen a difference in Maks this year? We have not seen any of his hard nosed training tactics. Maybe this is becasue Kirstie is such a true professional? She is always making fun of herself if she doesn't get something right off, she is a delight to watch. It just seems to me that Maks and Kirstie are so well paired. I like watching them both. I hope she lasts in the competition.
-
NSWTD - I was thinking the same thing about Maks. He is tammed this season. This time he doesn't seem to be in control. The energy between them is more playful seems more like a mother and son relationship. JMO

Karen, LOL, I can understand your unhappiness with the Bills! I'm not from Pittsburgh but I am from Pennsylvania. I'm closer to Philadelphia then Pittsburgh but I've Always been a Steeler fan! Hines has been my favorite since day one and I own jersey 86 with his name on it. We may be biased but he's proved us right by being so awesome! I've been to one Steelers game at Heinz Field .. it really is a lovely city by the three rivers!
-
Maybe Maks' doctor adjusted his medication...
-
toni that is a possiblilty
.
Kirstie is doing much better than I thought she would do but I don't know how much longer she will last, unless she gets the sympathy vote.

Wow, I was just watching a recap on abc.com and have to say....Hines and Petra are my favorites. I love Petra's grace, beauty, and technique. Hines is so confident in his moves and he keeps the tempo throughout the dance. I know is early....but,I think these two will go to the finals.
