Hi There, I dont know if anyone lives in the Hudson Valley Region of New York. If so, there is a great conference that I have attended the past several years. It is a holistic approach to breast health and is held at the SUNY New Paltz campus. it is a full day conference with many workshops to choose from and even includes lunch. I have gotten a lot of great information on how to improve quality of life and lifestyle changes from the workshops I have attended!

Sounds interesting Susan, I attended an Alternative Breast Cancer Conference here on Long Island a few years back and found it very informative. I will check out the website.
