One Pin Point Area (OUCH)

I am almost 2 yrs diagnosis out and 1 1/2 yrs. post BMX with axillary dissection.  I have a particular area under my arm pit where the nodes were removed that if I push in a little feels like an electrical shock-- as well as my upper arm at times feels like a Bo-Constrictor (sorry for the sp)-- as gotten a hold of???  Is this just a part of Lymphedema?  BTW-- I just want to encourage ladies that might be going through Chemo- Radiation or Surgery-- that it might be tough right now-- BUT there is LIFE after treatments and LIFE to me now is much more precious!!
