Thank you thank you thank you. I endured all kinds of hostility because I was opposed to this 'game'. When it started out it had nothing to do with breast cancer...someone just wanted women to post the color of their bra and prank the guys. The breast cancer thing was added later. They touted it as a way to remind women to do a self exam and if it 'saved lives or 'raised awareness' what's the harm? I responded by posting stats and articles about breast cancer. Not as much 'fun' apparently. I'm so glad there are others here who feel the same way I do. I'm going to sign up and drag as many of my friends with me as I can.

Hi Day...I finally remembered - 2553 was the latest count as of this post.  I sent my invites...you have really started a good thing!  I also ask my friends to omit me from their invite lists for the other 'fun' games - it is a hard reality and it may not be well received but...I am in a fight for my life and I could care less about what color bra everyone is wearing...

I think there is a way you can block those invites.  I don't get any on my FB.

HI Apple- Thanks for the support. Hows it going with your family?  Have you been to "OMG they found a cure for Stupid "yet------Great fun-----should start at page one to catch all the nuances. I now sit with a tin hat on to keep the mood going. Going to wear the hat to my next counseling session. Just for fun----to see there reactions. There was someone that called us a bunch of cackling hens. Well things really took off. We have found all kinds of use for the word CLUCK. It will change the vernacular. I found a note in my old correspondence that takes us way back. I'll lookit up and resend it. Sheila

As one of the covert operatives on the OMG they found a cure for stupid, you cannot possibly get any further away from what we deal with than that thread...and it has been my land of D'Nile during my month and a half wait for my full body bone scan - much better than scanxiety and Mother Cluckers International is now an official organization in the search for the Cancer Cure Guy and other outlandish remedies...just skip the garlic page - its pretty gross but all recouped and continued cackling...51 pages of total and absolute nonsense - trust me, if you have never laughed until you peed your pants - if you start from the beginning, you too will be looking for the rolls of Bounty...for many reasons - I and many others have decorated their computer screens with morning coffee, tea, pop and tissues are handy when you burst into laughter that the pop comes out your nose - whoevers mantra is laugh until it hurts and then laugh some more had that thread destined to be created...

My daughter and son in law posted on FB about this/these games. They stated that they don't do anything for breast cancer and how it affects those of us who are surrounded by BC. I have just received my 2nd diagnosis of BC in three years. I am having a double mastectomy on September 19 and the games are not fun for our family either. I lost my Mother and my Dad's twin sister to BC. I have two cousins on my Dad's side of the family who are survivors of BC.
