The LE fashion thread

I went shopping today and got so excited when I saw a dress with one looooong sleeve.
(Not this one..it was peach with beads and a more forgiving skirt...this was the only one I could get to publish)
I could almost get motivated to lose enough weight to wear it to my convention in the fall.
So I thought maybe we could post pix of LE friendly fashion. I realize a bra would be an issue..but whatever.
There do seem to be sleeves in the stores after a few years of sleeveless everywhere.
Just thought this might be cheerful.

I wonder if we could request the specific side for the long sleeve.
Yes, a bra is an issue....which I've not been able to fully resolve yet. I like your idea of LE friendly fashions. Keep it up!

cookie - i love it!
i've been thinking about how i have begun to totally dress around my sleeves. i don't give a ding about hiding my sleeve but LE is so uncomfortable that i have to be as comfy as possible. i have 3 requirements: fabric that won't cling to the sleeve or to me; easy temperature regulation; quick escape (i need to be able to remove (or don, or adjust) my sleeve without removing my clothes (ie. in public) - i think it's a form of PTSD from my year of 24/7 Tribute/bandage).
i recently found a swingy top that's perfect w my bilat sleeve in winter and will be great w my single arm in summer. i got it in, like, 5 different colors and it's all i wear to work anymore.
i think dressing/fashion is another way of feeling good and in control. . . .
of trying to anyway!!!

The bra is not an issue, don't have anything to put in one! Ha! Love the dress but it would probably look like crap on me.... NJ

Ditto what Norma June said...I have the body of a two year old, and cannot be walking around in hootchie mama clothing.
And anyway, I am sorry to be so OCD, but the thong line on the model of the hootchie mama dress (which is actually really cute) is really bugging me. If you are going to wear something that tight, and that revealing, just go commando.
So Sayeth Suzybelle.

Bittersweet: Once or twice (every spring) I start driving to work and suddenly realize I forgot to put shoes on. Did you ever get dressed after a shower and realized (very quickly 'cause your arm feels icky) that you just forgot to put your sleeve on?
My arm misses commando!

I have no idea why none of the pictures I upload work
