Anyone watching Celebrity Apprentice?

Hey Vicki Sam! I'm afraid I've become a Reality Show junkie, too! These are my only two, though, but I'm kind of interested in the best idea for a restaurant contest on NBC.....I went to the dentist today, and the first thing he asked me was, "So, did you watch The Bachelor last night?". I started laughing, because no, I don't watch that show and because he's a REAL Reality Show junkie! So, I said, No, but do you watch Celebrity Apprentice?

He said, of course he watches Celebrity Apprentice! Then he went on to talk about Dionne Warwick - whoa! She's got quite a temper! I guess she's the epitome of a true diva! My goodness! The way she ripped into Marlee! Then did you see her turn around and start arguing with Marlee's translator? And then she sneered while she was walking out of the boardroom - Yikes!

That NeNe cracks me up - she just says it like it is. Yes, her hands were flying when she was imitating Marlee being mad! Poor Lisa was perceived as a pushover by the sharks, and they were right. So far the other girls (Playboy model, the REAL model *snark*, and LaToya) have remained quiet, but they'll get dragged into it pretty quickly.

I would say the men were going to win most of these because the women are so difficult to work with, but I'm kind of waiting for the HUGE baseball player, Jose, to lose his temper. He seems so close, and it will probably be with Richard Hatch (who is ridiculously arrogant!). And Gary, Gary, Gary....he's soooo far out there, and a handful for the men's team. 

If Lisa didn't get herself fired, the money she won would have gone to Women's Cancer Research Fund!

Vicki Sam - Gary Busey is supposed to be the Project Manager next week - unless the guys win by some miracle, he will probably be sent home. That would be a shame because I like the "surprise" element he adds. His charity is a place for head traumas -  you know he had that bad motorcycle accident while not wearing a helmet! That mixed with all the drugs, poor guy. I have a soft spot for him - at least he's still a good actor; he can play a scary role as good as anyone. Meatloaf went ballistic on him! LOL - and then Meatloaf couldn't stop crying when they won, that was sweet. Sometimes those men can surprise you! And Jose - phew! I bet we'll see his temper when he's PM, if not sooner. That guy's ready to blow!

John Rich wrote a brilliant kid's story - he was funny when the advisor said, "unless you're really good at rhyming, I wouldn't try that", and he said he took that as a challenge. I guess if you've written 1500 songs, you would be pretty good at rhyming by now. Notice the men didn't clamor around saying they wanted THEIR names on the book cover - THAT was absurd of Star Jones and Dionne Warwick. I'd like to see Star and Dionne get into it - those two deserve each other!

I don't see those women helping out Marlee much, either, when it's her turn. I have a feeling only Star and NeNe will be left standing for the women, and if NeNe outsmarts Star that would be hilarious. Probably not likely unless Star trips herself up, which she could certainly do. I didn't think her "executive decision" to shut the pizza place down last week was a very good one. Plus, they lost $35,000 from the fire station - I would have had somebody hoof it down there since time was already short.

I think one of my favorite things about the show is watching the stars handle the pressure of a huge assignment and 24 hours to pull it off flawlessly - plus, your teammates aren't necessarily going to help you look good. Ah, drama drama! 

Ladies, it's showtime tonight! Already hoping they don't hurt Gary's feelings.

AND hoping we see a certain someone get their comeuppance on the women's team - now THAT I'm looking forward to! 

Geez - Gary looks much younger, doesn't he? Usually the woman looks better. I guess ol' Gary had some work done, but maybe necessary after his motorcycle accident. Still, he looks like he's in his early 50's, bless his heart!

Dionne - wow, I thought she was close to 80! Boy, she and my mother would get along - both mean as hell and loving it!

Oh, I've only watched one Hoarders and it was very upsetting. It kind of makes you sick to your stomach, but at the same time I feel glad I'm not THAT disorganized. No, I won't watch it again - it was the episode about the poor guy with all the rats in his house, and he loved them. Ugh!

Dionne and Star are hard to take, and yes, I think Nikki WANTED to leave. To hell with her charity, she just wanted to get out of there. They are AMAZINGLY antagonistic!

I think what Gary thought he was doing was keeping peace within the team, and he did do that. But those guys really came to his rescue - he couldn't have done it on his own. Oh well, at least HE thinks he did a good job because they won. I'm glad he'll be around to keep things interesting. Jose - oh, I hope they make him the next project manager and then sit around like he did. I think he was happy to play ball with Gary the night before because he wanted to distract him - almost like something the women would do. However, it worked out well for Gary the next day as far as appealing to the public and the executive with the camping company.

I bet the women are going to try to make Marlee the PM next week, but there's no way I would accept it. It would be GREAT to see Dionne be the PM - how I would love to just sit there and wait to be told exactly what to do and do absolutely nothing if she didn't tell me. That's just absurdly and obviously not helpful. Reminds me of poor Lisa Rinna.

NeNe is still a kick to me! She's definitely my favorite on the women's team, and I think Jon Rich is really, really helpful to the men's team. Mark McGrath was surprisingly whiny - I loved what Jon Rich said about Mark - "you're panicking and it's freaking me out!".

I don't know if anyone here has a Twitter account, but Don, Jr. tweets during the show and makes funny comments and asks questions of the viewer. If I didn't DVR it, I would answer him! Maybe next week I'll try to watch it live so I can see if he responds to my answers!

I would have so much fun causing mass confusion if Dionne was the project manager! But I can actually see Star using that as her modus operandi on Dionne - Star likes to hit 'em where they're weak. THAT would be funny!

Vicki - I think I saw that Gary would be PM in a commercial advertising the upcoming Celebrity Apprentice and maybe in a tweet by Don, Jr, but looks like they're being real quiet about the upcoming PM's. Wouldn't it be great if they were Jose and Dionne? Maybe everyone across the country wants to see those two take it on, although like barbe says I want to see Dionne LOSE and not sure Jose is the best guy to win.

Looking over Don's tweets, he said "Who do you think would win a debate between Gary Busey and Charlie Sheen?" Well, that would be an interesting conversation....

cat - I hoped David Cassidy would have been around longer, too. I would have loved to have heard him sing an old Partridge Family song!

Can't believe Trump kept Richard Hatch, the PM who lost! I told my son that I guess Richard Hatch makes for better TV ratings because he's so very difficult, but he's laid low for the last 2 weeks. I'm still waiting to see Jose and Richard come to blows. Actually, Jose seems crazier than Richard - he just might be the first one to throw a punch.

Wow, that would be interesting! Star would manipulate every move Dionne made until she manipulated her into a corner. Yeah, I can see that...play her like a chess game. Right now, they're sort of allies. I hope NeNe throws a wrench into the works. I don't think even Star can manipulate someone as unpredictable as NeNe.

Can't wait! I'm getting ready to watch it now....hope, hope, hope it's Dionne as PM!

And I'm sure Richard Hatch can't control his obnoxious self much longer - probably see the real Richard tonight!
