Worried about IBC

Hello Everyone -

Thank you for taking the time to read this post.  I am 31 years old, and have been experiencing breast pain in my left breast for about 6 months.  This pain comes when I am nursing (now weaned my third child).  Each time I near the end of nursing, I get this dull ache, and have had an ultrasound each time (2007, 2009 and now two weeks ago) to just make sure things are okay.

The most recent ultrasound went well, and they said there was nothing to worry about.  I even had the head of the breast care center come and tell me he was not worried it was IBC (because I specifially mentioned it).  I did have a breast infection back in Sept and it was red, swollen, hurt, etc, but did go away after a few weeks and antibiotics.

My breast still aches and it worries me.  I also have left arm pain.  My PCP examined my breasts last week and flat out said "No, you do not have IBC".  I cannot get an MRI because I just stopped nursing, and they make you wait 6 months.

On another note, I had a chest xray to rule out some other things, and that was also clear.  Do I just listen to the experts, and realize that this pain is "normal" for me?  I'm so scared, but sick of worrying, since so many people/experts have told me that it is okay.  I no longer have a swollen breast, it is not thicker than the other one, no "orange peel"....what would you do?
