Take your Mom to PA to see Dr. Christofanelli at Fox Chase Cancer Center! She has to keep fighting!

In the forum box up above there is a thread called Alternative Treatments. I've never looked there but maybe it can give you some ideas. Sorry I couldn't help. Maybe they can.

Marium,
If you have nothing else to try, I would certainly try some of the natural therapies. You mention Gerson. I would also look at Johanna Budwig protocol. Here is a link to a website that has a lot of information on natural therapies. I have IBC too, and at this stage I wouldn't give up chemo and so on to try a natural therapy, but if I was at the end of what medicine could do, I would certainly give it a try. I think the Mayo Clinic uses a lot of the protocols by Budwig, Gerson etc. I have already incorporated some of the diet talked about in the Budwig protocol.

Marium,
Also, if you can get to Dr. Christofanelli - gymgirl is right - take her there. If there is nothing he can do, I'd start looking at Mayo Clinic or even some German clinics for natural therapies.
