Laughter is good for the sole. Jo I hope you feel better soon You will be in my prayers. Everyone have a nice weekend.

Because the oncologist wanted to see me in person to tell me that because of the MRI they think it best to do a bx. She also thought it felt suspicious so...They only do Stereotactic CNBs on Fridays, so they called today and said the next available is on the 8th of April. 9:00 am. DH has already put in for that day off, so he will drive. Thank goodness, because it might be difficult to drive the return 130 miles with an ice pack on my chest. Maybe this time they can suck out all of those little bugger cells!
-
That's a bit of a mind game, isn't it??? We all thought it was all good, and you must have too! Crap!
-
It did throw me when she said that, because I had just told her what the NP had told me about cutting me looses because I was back in the 1 in 8 catagory now. She said I won't be cut loose until 10 years, if that. (Cut loose meaning back to annual follow-ups).
-
I remember last time I had one of these looming. It was then that Dh found BC.org for me. Now that I have found BC.org, I can't think of any other positive thing that this bx will bring. Hmmmm.

Oh Jo, what a wonderful praise report. God is so good and he answers prayer. Congratulations great grandma. Please be in prayer for my SIL and my brother and their family. She probably won't make it through today and my prayer is for her to be in heaven when she takes her last breathe on earth.
-
God is in the maricle business. He does thing that even astonish the Doctors
-
God knows what He is doing, and we just need to accept it. Praise Him that your new Little one is in great health.
-
I KNEW what the final result would be as soon as you started your story JO!!! God IS good!!
Mary, prayers for your SIL...how wonderful it would be to have one foot already in heaven as one passed. I pray she has that peace.
-
Mary, how is your family?
-
Good Morning I husband said to say he is thankful for this forum and that I have friends on here.
-

Thank you, Lord, for laying Your hands on Jo's miracle great grand daughter! You are so good, and we praise Your name!
-
Thanks for asking, Meece. My SIL died yesterday evening. I understand it was peaceful and my brother truly wept when she left this world. She was a BC sister, but this was pancreatic cancer and she fought for 2 years. She was on chemo for 1 year and 9 months before she was told there was nothing else that could be done. My DH and I are going to drive to Louisiana on Monday and come back on Friday. I will be able to see my 2 brothers and my sister. We have not been together in 7 years.
I'm going to miss my Monday afternoon onc appointment to get the PET scan results and tumor marker blood work results. I'm going to call the onc's office while driving Monday and see if he will give me the results over the phone. I don't expect anything bad, but of course I'm anxious to know. God is with us.
-
Jo, just read the story of your GGD & I am one big goosebump!
mbtlcsw01-may our Lord who provides peace beyond our understanding be with you & your family as you gather-I wish you comfort as well as joy when you are all reunited even tho it is for a sad occasion, at least your SIL is no longer having to fight! Praise God.
-
May od grant traveler's mercies on you and your DH this coming week. May His presence be over all who mourn and by their witness, may someone be drawn to to Him, that a great work may be done as a result of your SIL's passing.

Oh, Gardners.
I am so far behind.
Must pull weeds to get caught up.
So many impressions as I've read the last several pages.
Totally random:
Hallelujah for the miracle of birth: Jo your newest blessing & miracle babe. What an amazing story. Barbe for your third grandson another Hallelujah.
Grace: your anniversary picture brough such a sense of peace to me. Thanks for sharing it.
Meecie dearest. Your roller coaster ride keeps going & going. Sending you extra heaping prayers to sustain you through till this next bit of testing & information fills in some of the unknowns. Know that even when I'm away from our garden, I hold you in my heart.
Mary. The gathering together of the clan for a funeral is such a mixed set of emotions. Blessings on your entire family as you join together to share stories & memories -- celebrating the life of your loved one & her glorious arrival to heaven.
Lynniea. Laugh often and loud..... and then laugh some more. Good advice for all of us -- whatever the current circumstances that present themselves.
I didn't think to make a list, so I know I've omited too many.
Trust that as I read through posts, I say a pray with each entry.
May the arrival of spring bring hope to each heart. As the garden flowers push against the earth's surface may we all be rejuvinated to the very tips of our souls. May we be sustained with the colors and smells of the new season at hand.
