Hands swelling

I am 3 months out of my BMX. the last 2 weeks my hands have been swelling only at night. My rings are very tight and it gets better after I get up. Is this a first sign of lymphedema ?

nwest125, Hand swelling can be a sign of lymphedema--kind of unusual to have it be both hands, and at night and get better during the day.

Probably the best thing to do is to get one of your doctors to write you a referral to a qualified lymphedema therapist so you can get evaluated and they can counsel you.
