Fumi: What a relief to see this post! I cried so hard after watching the news yesterday. I have never in my lifetime seen such devestation and I cannot imagine what you are going through right now-personally and as a country. Happy to hear you are now home and safe and I hope your friend is in a shelter and safe. Big hugs to you and your family.

The people of Japan are in my thoughts and prayers - the devastation is widespread - praying they get the supply problems resolved quickly and that all the survivors are able to stay warm and dry in the upcoming storms .. praying the nuclear emergency is contained and does not get any worse.

It is surreal watching the news reports of what has been happening- unbelievable. My heart goes out to the people - I cannot imagine how I would cope in similar circumstances. It feels so inadequate when I say my thoughts are with them.
-

Fumi...so glad you, your kitties and your family are safe. Prayers and thoughts for everyone that is having to endure this disaster. I cannot imagine what it is like - the news is so shocking! It does seem so small to offer prayers for all - the enormity of this event is without words.
-
