I am worried about her too, I'm thinking as they have a lot of power outages she might not have access to the internet. I am praying she's alright.
-
I so hope she is safe - according to her profile, she was last seen here 10 hours ago. Please check in if you can, Fumi.
-
Fumi .. you're in my thoughts.

Fumi, Hope you and yours are safe.

Hi ladies, I got a text from Fumi. She was, unfortunately, in Tokyo on business, but she is fine. Stayed in a shelter today and is leaving to stay with a friend until she can get back to Osaka. Her mom and kitties are all safe and sound in Osaka - wish Fumi the best in getting home to them soon!
Donna -
Oh that is so good to know she's ok! Thank you, djd!

Donna, thanks so much for letting us know. Like so many of us who've been touched by Fumi, I was worried about her and hoping that she was okay. I hope that she is able to get home safely and soon.

Thanks for the updates. Fumi is a special, special member of BCO. I hope she can get home to her kitties today. And I ache for what her country is experiencing now.
-
Hi ladies, the last update from Fumi (yesterday evening) was that the train she needs to get back home is still not working. Either she will be here to update you next or I will if she texts me soon. She is indeed beloved here!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being concerned about me. Finally made it to home after spending awful 2 nights in Tokyo. Feel safer yes but not happy. My old friend lived in the area that was completely washed away by Tsunamis and I haven't been able to get a hold of her. Please pray for her and those who were affected by this nightmare. The death toll is likely to surpass 10,000 and it's been really hard to watch the news.
Hugs,
Fumi

Fumi -- so happy that you are okay but truly sorry for the loss and devastation happening in your country. I will pray for your missing friend.
-
Fumi, so good to hear from you. You, your loved ones and the whole country are in our prayers.
