Reminds me of a co-worker who insists on asking me periodically if I feel alright because I "look tired today". Hellooooooo....I have cancer!!!! I would love to say to her "Did you eat a lot last night, because you look fat today". But I won't.....not my nature..... I just smile and say "No I'm fine".
