My Fellow Deletees and The Cyberbullied Sisters

Anyone on that site would suffice. BTW, my daughter is a lawyer in case you didn't know.
-
I can't read everyone here because I have some on ignore, but in some cases the muddying of the waters may be deliberate, IMO. I don't know what you would call it. The "I don't remember" defense, or the fatal flaw in logical reasoning defense, or the Karl Rove strategy. Maybe one, the other, a bit of all, who knows.
How sad, because this was for fundraising and I suppose it's unrealistic to try to go back to that attitude of hoping for a change.
I was planning to post the following picture:

with the caption: stretching after waking up from a loooong nightmare, in which I dreamt we had all been plucked from the Serengetti and been transported into the Bronx zoo and gotten into a fight with a marsupial, but, no, I saw that it was Otter and so backed off, since she is off my prey list.
....and other equally silly things....alas!
-
I'm confused. Why would Blue need a public defender? She is not an American whose funds have been depleted by high medical bills. She is a proud Canadian with single payer health care.
-
Blue just don't want you to waste a bunch of money and time........
And I too thought we were good friends until you pretty much made it clear that you no long wanted me to post on your thread while your comrades accused me of being a troll and having troll behavior and agreeing with them when you have known me outside bc.org for close to 4 years and know my character enough to know I would not delete anyone......
Didn't see you saying wait a minute I know shokk.......even though I have stood by you at the other website simply because I believe in your character........against what many believe at the other site.....
I have to admit I was a bit surprise that you join the mean girls club here just because we have political differences......because until then I thought we were good friends......
shokk
-
The only thing that offended me was your tagline. I have never thought of you as one of the deleters and I don't think anyone else does either. Read my posts.

I think if you'd take the time to look back that you will see that no one ever advocated against reporting posts. Most of us agreed that the problem is the failure of the reporter to admit who they are and state their reason for reporting.
Really?

If this thread gets deleted, I'm gonna be pissed. Some here know how I get when I'm pissed so STOP DELETING POSTS. Fair warning!
-
Shokk - I read your post on the other site defending Blue. Too bad you decided to delete it after just a few minutes.
-
Patmom...what are you inferring.
-
Actually Alpal since you think this concerns you those two posts were up for 54 minutes and you managed to see them since all you girls here can't seem to stay away from there for whatever reason.....I would imagine everyone that is following our saga saw those two posts.......
and the only reason I removed them was the Mod at that site asked me to.......she was trying to get control of the situation.......
but thank you for your input......shokk
-
Just refuting.
-
Mean girls?
-
Melissa,
Please disable the Report Post button and accept volunteer moderators to delete the spambots. These are quick and simple fixes.
-
Well I missed them shokk. I go to bed early because I get tired quickly. After all I just had brain surgery, and these hacking allegations have done nothing to improve my sense of well being.
-
Oh come on Blue.......you and I both know you can't bull s**t a bulls**ter.......you didn't care about my tag line....and if I remember correctly you didn't get upset about until all the other Canadians got upset about it.....(except Otter or Beesie)......because you know me.....and my sense of humor (humour)........
Nice try though.......but you know good well what was happening on "your" thread (remind you of any one else we know).....and you never stood by me......shokk
-
No shokk, you are wrong. I just stayed clear of the situation because some of the things you said were abrasive and lets face it, I'm a lib, union gal so I don't exactly agree with your philosophies. So I didn't say anything. But, just because our philosophies don't mesh, doesn't mean I would put our friendship on the line. Your tagline does offend me, but I didn't say anything because of that friendship.
-
Blue now you are just embarrassing yourself......you and I are both intelligent enough to know exactly what went down.......things were being said that only you and I really understood the meaning because let's face it most of these gals here are clueless with what is really going on....
they don't have our history......
Go ahead and play victim.....your gal pals here will feel sorry for you....I again will be the big, bad, heartless conservative troll.....but you and I both know what is really going on........
shokk
-
So blue if my tag line was so offensive to you why didn't you send me a pm and let me know?
at any number of places......
Sorry I am just not buying it......shokk
-
And you know blue when fingers where being pointed at you even though I believe in the free market and the right to work and I am a conservative and even though I had been dished by you here and mocked I still spoke up for you.....maybe that says more about my character then my political beliefs.........shokk
-
It's the truth Shokk, whether you want to believe it or not. And I'm not playing the victim, I'm just giving you the facts.
Shokk, I still consider you a friend regardless of what has gone down.
-
There's a big difference between a difference of philosophies and accusing someone of hacking their site. I would have defended you if it had gone that far. You are outspoken, but you are not a criminal.
-
I, on the other hand am a clown!
-
"volunteer moderators to delete the spambots"
Based on the history here...can't help but wonder how quickly the "volunteer moderators" would be deleting posts they simply disagreed with.
-
Not for all the tea in China!
-
Laura, a quick search of your posts shows no "community deletions" in ages! So I guess everyone here agrees with you!
-
For what it's worth, I still find Shokk's tagline offensive. That Blue didn't say that out loud earlier is irrelevant. Your tagline is offensive. How would you feel if someone from another country put a tag line saying something like that about the US, or maybe the Republicans, or maybe the Tea Party?
It's interesting to watch this discussion and to see how people argue. Says a lot.
-
What is this stuff with LAWYER talk? We are supposed to be friends on here. However, if one ever goes to a lawyer make sure you only have to pay if they get YOU money!! Whenever I need info from a lawyer, I always ask for a free consultation. That way you can pick their brains and not have to pay a cent. I just love "free" consultations!
And Blue, like Laura, I, too, would love to know who needs to give you an apology. If it is someone on "our" forum, I want to make sure I am not her friend. You are known by the friends you keep so that's one person who would not be a keeper imo. Please share so we can make sure we don't unintentionally share personal info with this person. I don't think it is against the bco rules to share a copy of a post where someone said something derogatory about you. Then what do I know? Melissa is supposed to have the "lawmen or maybe Roy Rogers" checking up on this thread. It's beginning to seem like a Groucho Marx movie and I am not a fan of Groucho!
-
blue - ME TOO!

and
Ann - Ummmmmm...thanks for jinxing me! Bwaaaaaaaah!

Edited to add:
Ann - I'll assume your post wasn't a "call to arms". If it was...you'd be smart to call back the troops.
-
It seems a bit cloak and dagger...a big game of "Clue ... a real life "Whodunit" around here. It's all fun and games until personal insults and character assasinations start flying.
Let's see, we've got rep vs libs, religion vs religion, country vs country, ridiculous accusations vs proof, and yet we all one thing in common. Stupid Frigginn Breast Cancer. What a kick in the pants!
Beth

AnnNYC: Your post to Laura: AH HA!! AH AH HA!!!!!
It would seem not everyone is as clueless as it would seem, imo.
Now, Blue and Shokk, smoke the smokeless Peacepipe (so you won't get sick) shake electronic hands and come back doing the happy dance for us. All this bickering is taking away from the joy and comedic relief this thread is supposed to be about. Whoever owes Blue an APOLOGY, for cripes sakes, own up and Apologize! It's just two little words but if it means that much to her, you should do it.
APOLOGIES are for the brave,
Apologies are for the true
If you want a lot of us to forgive you,
MAKE AN APOLOGY TO BLUE!!
