Navelbine and hair loss

I just started Navelbine yesterday. From what I read about the side effects, it can cause anything from thinning hair to complete hair loss. I am just wondering for those who have lost hair from it, how soon after the first treatment did you notice any hair loss?



I will be on a schedule of 3 weeks on and 1 week off.

    I just finished my first 3 week round of Navelbine with Carboplatin and Herceptin and have had no sign yet of hair loss.  It thinned with Carbo but I just cut it and it looks fine.  My beautician even says it is filling in and in better condition than the first cut.  I havve been on Carbo and Herceptin for nearly a year and they just added the Navelbine because the cancer was growing.

    It looks like I will be keeping my hair too! I've had my first round of it, and last week was my week off, and I still have all my hair. I start my 2nd round tomorrow.

    I will be starting Navelbine + Cisplatin in 2 weeks! I hope I don't lose my hair...
