Hey Nico -
Hey you, Jean!
Bump
-
I just had my first chemo, and feel like terrible! Help!
-
laconianh27-you are in the wrong place. Get over to the March 2011 chemo lounge. It is still under the same foum as far as "Chemotherapy Before During and After and scroll down til you get to the March 2011 Chemo Lounge. It is full of people who have started their chemo in March. we had 2 ladies who just started last week and 2 of us are starting this week. Some of the others are getting their second dose this week.
You will feel way better once you get with others going thru the same thing

I am new to this list. This is my first post. Thank you Rock for your list. Awesome. I wanted to let you know about a book, "The Cancer Fighting Kitchen", full of yummy recipes, tonics and elixirs to help with the chemo side effects.
Also, my nutritionist has me taking vitamin C. I'm so confused. To C or not to C? One of the most difficult aspects of dealing with cancer are all of the different opinions out there about what one can have and not have especially when it comes to supplements.

Can someone please remind me what works for the side effects of Neulasta?
Thanx
-
i just posted this on the other board. No one for sure if this works but i took claritin the day before day of and day after my shot and did not get any SE from the shot. My doctor doesn't know if it worked either because not everyone gets SE from it and I took it every time. But we both agreed that it cannot hurt.

That is what it was thank you!
