Please help me.

    Van, welcome,

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom's problems with lymphedema.

I checked for trained therapists in Vietnam but don't find any.Frown But here are a few on-line resources that might help you and your mom in doing what you can to treat this yourself:

For specific information on treatment (massage, wrapping, exercise, garments) look over the StepUp-SpeakOut site, and if you have any specific questions please ask and we'll try to explain it better here. StepUp-SpeakOut is here:
    http://www.StepUp-SpeakOut.org

There are some videos of the massage technique, called Manual Lymph Drainage, on the Northwest Lymphedema Center site (click on "Online Self-care Videos on the left-hand side of the page and select the ones for arm lymphedema):
    http://www.nwlymphedemacenter.org/

I'll continue to check around and see if I can find more information specifically about what might be available in Vietnam, and I'm sure others will be along with suggestions too. Please greet your mom for us, and do keep us posted.

    Be well!
    Binney
