I heard about this tea for the first time today.  Anybody drink it?  Is it safe if you have ER+ BC?  I am always leary about herbs.  Supposedly it is good for you.

I've been drinking tulsi for a few months.  I brew it with cinnamon and stevia.  As far as taste goes, I like it very much.  It's an adaptogen, which means it help to correct imbalances.  Cholesterol, for example, usually too high but can sometimes be too low.  Adaptogenic herbs will help bring imbalances, whether the excess is too little or too much, into moderation.  It's supposed to be especially helpful for stress.  It's been used for thousands of years by Hindus.

have you been on the site  foodforbreastcancer.com  ?  I think that's where I read good things about the ingredients in Tulsi Tea.  I read it somewhere!  I'm ER+, too.  I drink a kind that's part green tea part tulsi.
