Thinking Out Loud.....

Man, am I out of shape. Not that I didn't already know it, but... Did the elliptical. 30 min, 2 miles, 250 calories. Now that's just sad.
Next up - close our Bnk of America acct - we refinanced our mortgage and once it wasn't part of the account, because we don't have the minimum amount of money they want us to keep in it, they are charging us a monthly fee. $25 !!!!! Do you believe that?!!!! I hate that bank. Will try my hardest never to do business with them again.
Hope everyone is having a good day!
-
chris...Lately I gained too much weight. (Meece I hope you are not reading this)
I'm just disgusted with myself.
I think I have an eating disorder.
Im not comfortable in my own body.
HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP
-
Oh - don't be disgusted. One day at a time. If today is not a good day, tomorrow is a new day. Just keep trying. I find I need to get into a routine of not eating junk. I've been in a routine of eating junk since New Year's. Trying to stop.
I hear you on not being comfortable in your own body. I bought new sweat pants - my other ones disintegrated between the thighs! The new ones got all pilly from my fat thighs in less than 12 hrs of wear. Since I can't buy clothes that fit right, I guess I have to change the size of my body. Haven't been able to in the last 5 years, but I'm going to keep trying.
We can do this.

That's great that you did the ellipitical!! You have to start somewhere and I think it's awesome!
It's the winter eating girls, we need to stop! I'm doing it too! -
Okay now we can call it winter eating syndrome. lol
If anyone says anything I'm answering them <Unfortunately I was Dx with WES>
-
Me too!! Soon I will have SES!!
-
SES ?????
-
Never mind I figured it out.
After that another SES starts (summer)
-
Summer eating syndrome. Are you also suffering from CRS?
-
I googled that...
Yes and Yes.
Maybe we can blaim our WES to CRS. hahahahahahahaah
-
As usual, I don't get something. What is CRS?
-
CRS is working for me today.
I only had a cuppa coffee. Yes all day.
Now I sing lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
-
another reason for us to wish we lived closer, we could all exercise together.....me gained weight also, don't do anything and don't really eat.....thanks guys for being here...he is starting a partial hospitalization program tomorrow, fgoes there 9 - 3, feeling so guilty about all of this damn cancer, poor kid....he is so scared that I will die, but also what will happen to him, who will take care of him, people have told him they will make sure he is ok and think my other kids have told him they will be there for him....don't want to leave him alone, want to be here....you have a wonderful voice Seyla....thanks Meece even though it is for all of us, I took it personally and it made me smile...
-
I just found out that I also have CRS. Thank you Sheila!
Well our snowstorm was a bust, two inches and ice.
-
Well...We'll be flying again tomorrow with the wind force. They are saying worse than last time.
Rain+thunders will follow or all together.
-
((((((((Sandy))))))))
-
Guess March is going to come in like a lion.
-
Sandy
-
I don't get CRS either. Sheila....
-
I laughed out loud when I read that Diane also has CRS. The way you worded it was perfect! LOL! Meece, google it!
Tough position for you and your kid, Sandy. You are a great mother and they love you. It is a very difficult thing for anyone to deal with, never mind a kid!
-
Ah, I did. Amazing that I had forgotten that...
-
LOL!!
-
I have a bad heartburn since yesterday.
I called my DR. Of course they don't want to prescribe anything on the phone.
His nurse said get some Prilosec.
now i have to run out and get it.
-
Ask BBB to bring it over later.
-
I have CRS too! I went to the bank to get a bank check for a downpayment on a car and forgot that we had written a check for the deposit so I got the bank check in the wrong amount! So stupid. I can do nothing right.
-
We may be good at multi-tasking, but sometimes I think we just have too much on our minds.
-
Or, we no longer have minds!
-
I'll go with that.
-
With what? lol
