Need NYC surgeon recommendation

Five months ago, an ultrasound/mammo revealed a mass in my axilla (BIRAD 4).  My surgeon thinks the mass is likely benign, and he doesn't want to subject my axilla to unnecessary trauma.  So, rather than an immediate biopsy (the mass is not amenable to needle or core biopsy), my surgeon strongly advised I wait 6 months to see if it grew.  I pray that the mass hasn't grown, but if it has, I am going to want a second surgical opinion on how to proceed.  On good days, the waiting has been awful, on bad days excruciating.   If the &#$@ thing has grown, I don't want to have to scramble  to find a surgeon and then wait weeks to get an appointment.  Does anyone have any recommendations for non-Memorial Sloan Kettering surgeons?  (I'm also interested in who to avoid.)
