My surgeon recommended this book to me last year.  I've found it to be an incredibly valuable resource, which I return to again and again.  I follow a lot of the book's suggestions.  And I've found that when I am just doing things out of habit, and suddenly forget, "Wait, what's so great about green tea?", it helps me to go back and re-read sections of the book, and I get re-inspired.

How encouraging that a mainstream doctor is recommending the book!

Yaz-You met Dr. S-S! I am green with envy. I am hoping they get him to come to Health and Freedom Expo some year. His book is groundbreaking. The more regular doctors think outside the box through their own experiences, the more we will see improvements in cancer dx, treatment and prevention.

Both my Breast Surgeon and my Naturopathic Oncologist recommended this book to me. I just finished it about a week ago and feel like it has empowered me with the knowledge to help myself to health.  I've been incorporating more and more of the healthy alternatives into my life for the past 3 months, this inspires me to do more and explains to me why these changes matter.  Not just a do/don't do list - it explains why things are good or not so good for you, which I really like.  Great resource for us survivors!
