From what I just read on the internet it is considered just a nutritional supplement, which makes patients feel better. Most patients with an aggressive cancer die of something other than the cancer. Example, organ shut down. So they didn't really die of breast cancer, they die of kidney failure. I read somewhere (wish I had kept it!) that most patients that die of cancer, die of starvation. Their bodies just cannot process the input of food, or derive the nutrients from it.

So, poly mva (name made me want to look - seemed artifical like polyester) is just giving nutrition which a late stage cancer patient desperately needs. The results are short termed. There is a site called Annie's something that came up when I googled poly mva that kind of debunks the theory of it being a miracle drug. Most of the patients went on to die later.

So, it is not a preventive. And you must NOT take any supplements if you are on chemo! Be very careful out there. Supplements can block what chemo is trying to do!

Yes there is a Dr. Paul Rothwell,  you can find out more about him at www.wellnessok.com or dr. Jim Forsythe in Reno NV and Century Wellness Center. I read the old post and it really does not apply nor does it show how the polymva can specifically be used in integrative medicine. Good luck on your quest.  regards allen
