ADH and shape of breast

I had an excisional biopsy 4 months ago that came back ADH.  Up until about a month ago, where they removed the ducts, it was flat.  My breast looked a little square.  Since then it has filled in, meaning it is round again, but it hurts.  I do not go back for a mammo and exam for 2 more months.

Has anyone else that had a biopsy experienced this?

    Yes! I've had nine excisional biopsies and tge fillingin has happened each time; despite having all of that tissue removed, my breasts are perfected round. I'm surprised it is still hurting though. I wouldn't worry too much. If it begins to really hurt I might go see your PCP.

    You could have some fluid that settled in the area. It is always best to call your dr. and ask.

    Hi - I had the same thing and my breast filled back in nicely.  The pain may be scar tissue - does it actually hurt or feel "tight" and pulls?

    My breast actually hurts at the excisional site and deep within the breast.  I do have quite a scar, so it could be scar tissue.  Guess we'll see in April.  Thanks for the help.

    I have had something similar and was attributing it to scar tissue but my excisional was about a month and a half ago. MAybe check with the doctor if it continues.
