Frugal/cheap recipes or websites?

Or any tips on saving money, even if it isn't food related. With the financial crunch this disease throws on us, one has to do everything possible to save every penny. It all adds up.

Does anyone have some sites or recipes to share to help with this? The easier the recipe the better, but then I don't guess that cheap recipes are going to have too many ingredients. Of course, the healthier the better, but I'll take anything to save some money. If I end up out of a job I'm going to need to do everything possible and figured I may as well start saving every bit I can now. I prefer to not to have to resort to eating ramen 24/7. Perhaps I need to do some searching for "cheap college eating". I bet that would bring up some interesting ways to stretch it.
