Rebekah has cancelled her trip to Egypt. YAYAYAYA
-
Ouch - crispy - sounds painful! Wishing quick healing for you.
Snow tomorrow - 3-6". Then snow again on Wednesday - heavy at times - with sleet at times and maybe freezing rain with icing. If the storm track is more to the south, we will get more snow. If it is more to the north, we will get more rain which will freeze and turn to ice. I'll keep looking for a better forecast...
Sheila - no more falling - but if you do, don't you dare stay away from us. We need to know how you are. Hope your ankle is feeling better even if it is colorful.

I Googled my DD name, look what I came up with? Wonder what would happen if I googled my name.
-
HAHA, same picture popped up that is my avatar here.
-
Deb...i found my family their ages.
RPOC was found also
-
Thank you for singing for me - was it "Please come to Boston in the springtime...?" Hehe.
So glad Rebekah is not going to Egypt, that would be very scary.
Crispy is sucking tonight - they say what I am feeling (like I will tear open) is very short term. Good thing since I enjoy neither the feeling or the lovely cinder color....almost over though, that is good. I declined the pain killers in favor of wine
You all are such good people, except RPOC, of course
Sheila - how is the pretty rainbow ankle doing this evening?
-
Sorry for your crispiness Diane. I was barbecued and blistered.
If you see any type of blistering make sure you get the prescription cream from the radiologist. Don't wait.
My colors are very interesting and its still very chubby
-
Diane - Oh, I'm wincing, just reading your description. I'm glad they said it is short term. Last yr when I was doing all the chemo and rads and reading what everyone else was saying about what they were going through, they did say they healed up quite quickly. (((((((gentle hugs))))))))
Deb - I'm glad DD's trip has been cancelled. That's a relief.
-
chris...you are up late
-
So are you
I am tired though - should head to bed. Need to rest up so I can work harder to find a better forecast for Wednesday...
-
I am thinking too much tonight.
Need to clear the brain and go to bed or something like that.
I need a very light snack.
-
Good night all
-
Yes, a snack sounds good. Sleep well, everyone!
-
Tomorrow
Good Night
-
Chris - thank you
I hope you don't get the terrible weather tomorrow.
Sheila - I have the prescription cream but it burns very badly when I put it on, I am not able to use it right now. I asked why this morning and they said it happens to some that the antibiotic and the steroid creams are just painful. I am using the xclair and aloe though. Obviously it isn't THAT bad or I wouldn't be able to type
And I was able to walk this afternoon as long as I don't swing that arm
My DS made it in and out of BOS last week without trouble, my DIL made it into St. Louis today which seems incredible. I am glad not to be dealing with that. Today, I appreciate the blue sky and temperate weather and the ability to put the top down for a few minutes and look like a crazy woman. What the hell
I will stop whining now...
-
Whine all you want- you have every right - and we understand.
Look like a crazy woman for all of us - not top-down driving around here for a while.
At least the groundhog won't be able to see his shadow tomorrow - does that mean an early spring? Actually, even if it weren't going to ice storm on us tomorrow, he wouldn't see his shadow because he wouldn't be able to get OUT of his den! lol
-
Diane...We are also here to listen each others whining.
Now I have a question when you said putting the top down...Did you mean the car or your Tata
Feel better.
Whats the sense of writing this but I will anyway. Its freezing here it must be very cold outside because we have plenty of heat.
Good Morning.
-
Sheila is right, Diane. Either way, you might look like a crazy woman!
I did the rads sway towards the end of chemo. That is when you place you hand on your hip in order to keep you arm from touching your ribs, then swing your hips as you walk so your arm does not move.
-
Meece, exactly how I am walking these days. I try to carry this off in a confident, arrogant manner rather than a pathetic, what the hell are you doing way
Sheila - The top is down on the car, there is nothing to put down on the boobala's because I have stopped wearing a bra which is interesting with DD's. Think major pendulum swing and drop.
My daughter's BF came over last night and I sat on the couch with a blanket over me the whole time. Even suggested we all eat in the living room so I wouldn't have to move.
Chris - I am whining extra today and so appreciate the permission to do so.
Sheila again - you better stay in today! Have BBB do delivery
What does he deliver exactly
-
Send some of your warm weather this way. I am so sick of this! Kids are home and I'm sure will not have school tomorrow.
I can imagine you walking with your hand on your hip. I hope you start healing quickly.
-
My DH calls it the "march of the determined".....ok, off to the shower and then to the grill.
