I have never seen a swim suit with sleeves...but they do have the rash guards that they sell to surfers.  It's basically just a t-shirt made in swimsuit fabric.  Check out Title Nine or Athleta - they sell that sort of gear aimed at women surfers.

When I swim, I wear an old compression sleeve and guantlet and it feels great.  I have truncal LE too, but this seems to work for me.

Good luck!  I love those rash guards but they are pricey.

Suzy, that's brilliant! Living as I do about as far from any surf as anyone can get, I've never even heard of rash guards, but they look like a great possibility. Wonder if they'd work for truncal LE during the day. On dry land, y'know? Anybody tried them?

    Thanks!

Fromabroad - I'm a tri-ather and a great suit to purchase is wet-suit or similar with sleeves, (Dick's Sporting Goods via internet or store) they are costly but worth every penny if you swim on a regular basis, I'm also a swim instructor and can tell you rash guard shirts work very well too, sometimes the compression is not tight enough (I dont' have lymph) but it depends on what your comfrot level is and Athleta and Title Nine excellent sources for surf wear etc. I have bought many items and can be a testimonial for them, great over-all!  PM me if you'd like more info!  :-) Hugs

thanks for all the suggestions! I haven't been officially diagnosed with lymphadema, but since my reconstruction, I have a lot of what I consider unsightly swelling betwen the armpit/breast area I'd like to cover up - most bathing suits cut a line right through there, accentuating the drooping. Surf shirt sounds like a great idea!

fromabroad -yes, rash guard and thermal type tops long sleeved especially will help keep body temp regulated, you won't get cold.  I used to scuba dive and anykind of scuba suit material is good as well..... :-)Cool
