    I was part of the clinical trial with herceptin/tykerb anf taxol.  I was the tykerb and taxol leg of the study.  I was diagnosed with IDC 4.2 cm. I was suposed to have 16 wks of TX. I had problems with my gall bladder which led to a bileoma at 6 weeks into treatment....At that time  I had a bilateral MX, and the cancer was gone...only a few precancerous cells were left. Amazing...My medical team was astonished.  I went on to have AC DD x4 and am currently on herceptin therapy.
