DCIS and now atypical high risk lesion

I was diagnosed 12 years ago at age 42 with DCIS, no positive nodes, had radiation. Just had an MRI with shows 2 enhancements. Had them biopsied. One came back negative and the other "atypical high risk lesion." I don't know the next best course of action to take. Anyone have similar stories....Linda

    Probably atypical ductal hyperplasia... My onc said Tamoxifen is a great defense for that.... its presence increases ones risk for cancer, but it isn't a sure thing... when I JUST had ADH, my risk increased from 15%-25%... had I taken Tamoxifen, it would have reduced to 13%... of course I didn't know that, and did get cancer.
