Needle Biopsy Wednesday - yikes!

Hello everybody.  I tried posting this last night and ended up posting 3 times, I guess me and the computer don't get along lol.  I'm hoping with a new subject somebody will post a reply. I was diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma.  I've had a bilateral mastectomy, TRAM flap reconstruction, chemo and now Herceptin for HER2+. I went for my herceptin treatment on the 7th of this month and the doc found a 2cm x 3cm lesion at the margin of the mastectomy.  She said it could be scar tissue or it could be a tumor.  I was immediately set up for an ultrasound.  The doc said he couldn't tell by the ultrasound whether it was scar tissue or a tumor.  He did say it was lobular which concerned me.  The first appointment I could get is this coming Wednesday.  I'm extremely nervous.  Has anybody else had something like this?  I hope someone replies to this post.  I apologize for the other 3 posts that I guess I messed up.  I would appreciate anything  that anyone has to say, I'm a mess.  Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.
