Jobst sleeve question

I'm going to order a Jobst 20-30 armsleeve online (where it can be returned if necessary) but can't seem to find information on length except one reviewer who said the sleeve fits longer arms welI.  So my concern is that sleeve would be too long for my 43.5 cm arm which is short to medium, I guess.  I would soooo love to be able to buy a ready made sleeve that fit well!  How do you all like Jobst?

    The new Jobst sleeves have some wool in them, and some women have reacted. My fitter doesn't like them, because she thinks they're too short.

    I always appreciated that their sizing was easy and they had the low compression sleeve 15-20, but they did change materials last year and I did try the "new" sleeve, and I need a long--works great in Juzo and even better in Medi--and Jobst was too short.

    Hopefully you can call the on-line site and they can assist you.
