I'm praying that medicare pays for your o2.  If they deny, I'd appeal. Usually they'll cover if you're willing to put up a fight.  My insurance, I fight every bill with appeals, questions etc....so far they've paid an additional 4 thousand dollars.  In this case, it pays to be a squeeky wheel.
